Background 

The Ministry of Health (MOH) is committed to ensuring that the public receives safe, affordable, accessible and good quality healthcare. 

MOH monitors and acts on complaints against licensed healthcare institutions and practitioners of breaches of regulatory requirements, including those under our healthcare financing schemes, such as the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), MediSave scheme and MediShield Life scheme.  

The healthcare institutions and practitioners whose participation/approval under healthcare financing schemes have been suspended or revoked are listed below. The duration a healthcare institution or practitioner remains on the list varies based on the type of offence committed and whether it is a repeat offence. This list will be updated periodically.
