Community
Community mental health services offer specialised support for all ages.
Primary care
Services in polyclinics are delivered by multidisciplinary teams including family physicians, nurses, psychologists and medical social workers. These teams are supported by psychiatrists from partnering restructured hospitals or IMH through a shared care model.
Intermediate and long-term care
Psychiatric residential homes and day centres provide support to those with stabilised mental health conditions.
Acute hospitals and IMH
Specialist mental health services are provided at all acute hospitals and the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), offering assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals to appropriate services.
