The National Population Health Survey (NPHS), conducted annually by the Ministry of Health and Health Promotion Board, tracks Singapore residents' health, risk factors, and lifestyle practices.

NPHS 2023

The National Population Health Survey (NPHS) 2023 is an annual population health survey series jointly conducted by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Health Promotion Board (HPB). Tracking the health, risk factors and lifestyle practices of Singapore residents aged 18 to 74 years from household interviews conducted from July 2022 to June 2023, the NPHS 2023 shows improved trends in lifestyle and preventive health indicators among Singapore residents. Key findings from the survey highlight that there was significant increase in Singaporeans’ total physical activity, reduced prevalence of smoking, improvements in the state of mental health, as well as increased vaccination rates.
