Question No. 2305

To ask the Minister for Health whether there is a need to toughen punishment for both importers and users of electronic vaporisers.

Answer

The Ministry of Health will continue working with our partner agencies to enhance and expand the suite of existing measures to curb the supply and demand of e-cigarettes.

This will be addressed in the next sitting together with similar Parliamentary Questions for a more holistic reply.
