NOTICE OF QUESTION FOR ORAL ANSWER
FOR THE SITTING OF PARLIAMENT ON 28 NOVEMBER 2022
Name and Constituency of Member of Parliament
Mr Lim Biow Chuan
MP for Mountbatten SMC
Question No. 3791
To ask the Minister for Health whether there is a need for Singaporeans entering Singapore to show evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination or polymerase chain reaction test since vaccination-differentiated safe management measures have been lifted.
Written Answer
With the year-end travel peak and the presence of COVID-19 infection waves in other countries, the Vaccinated Travel Framework remains a relevant measure. By identifying those who have not completed a primary course of vaccination, we can require them to take a pre-departure test and, for visitors, to purchase COVID-19 travel insurance before coming to Singapore.
