Singapore and Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote closer cooperation in healthcare on 18 Oct 2005.
The MOU provides a framework for greater collaboration between healthcare establishments in both countries. It facilitates the greater exchange of information and expertise on medical services and training attachments in each other's country.
The MOU is signed by the Minister for Health, Mr Khaw Boon Wan and his MSAR counterpart, Dr Chui Sai On. The MOU reflects the deepening of bilateral cooperation between Singapore and MSAR. Dr Chui Sai On was here in Singapore with seven Ministry officials from 18 to 20 Oct 2005.
