Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Border Health Measures between Singapore and Cambodia

Singapore and Cambodia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote closer cooperation in healthcare on 3 April 2007.
The MOU provides a framework for collaboration between both countries to prevent the spread of infectious diseases across borders. It enables both parties to:
1. Share each other's experience in border control measures;
2. Send healthcare professionals for training attachments in both countries;
The MOU was signed by the Minister for Health, Mr Khaw Boon Wan and his Cambodian counterpart, His Excellency Dr Nuth Sokhom, Minister of Health, Cambodia.
