To ask the Minister for Health for each year in the past five years, what is the respective mean and median cost in the public hospitals for (i) a fresh In-vitro fertilisation (IVF) cycle and (ii) a frozen IVF cycle.


Answer
The mean and median charges of a fresh In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) cycle and a frozen IVF cycle in local public Assisted Reproduction (AR) centres from 2017 to 2021 can be found in Table 1 below.
