Subsidies for Community Dialysis Services
The Ministry of Health provides subsidies for eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are receiving haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment in the community.

What is Community Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis Subsidy?
The Ministry of Health provides subsidies for eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are receiving haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatment in the community.
What are the benefits?
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents can receive subsidies according to the subsidy frameworks shown below.
Subsidy levels are determined through household means-testing using Monthly Per Capita Household Income (PCHI)1 to account for the overall financial resources of the household to support the household members. For households with zero PCHI, the Annual Value2 of their residential property is used to determine subsidy levels.

1 Monthly PCHI is computed as the total gross household monthly income divided by the total number of family members living together in the household. Who is eligible?
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents receiving community haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment by government-funded providers are eligible for the subsidies.
How do I apply?
Persons who require community haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis treatment can approach their doctor at the hospital or polyclinic for assistance in applying.
